Diddy is facing several new lawsuits from more men and women who claim the incarcerated artist sexually assaulted them.

According to reports TMZ published on Monday, October 14, clients represented by attorney Tony Buzbee have begun to file lawsuits against Sean "Diddy" Combs for allegedly sexually assaulting them. Among the 120 clients under Buzbee's care are four men who alleged Combs violated them on separate occasions between 2021 and 1998. One man who used to work for Ecko Clothing in 2008 claimed bodyguards pistol-whipped him before Combs orally raped him in the stock room of Macy's main store in New York City.

In another lawsuit, a man claimed he worked security for Combs' White Party in 2006. He said he took a swig of a drink that was allegedly laced with GHB and/or ecstasy. He claimed Combs forced him into a van where the artist allegedly sodomized him with his penis. Combs allegedly left semen in the man's anus as a result of the traumatic encounter.

Another man reportedly had a similar experience to the security worker. He said he attended one of Combs' parties in 2021 and felt dizzy after one drink. He recalled feeling like the room was spinning before he blacked out. He regained some consciousness but felt paralyzed while in a bedroom. He said at least three men sexually assaulted him through forced acts and specifically remembered Combs being on top of him naked.

The fourth man met Combs at his White Party in the Hamptons in 1998. He was 16 at the time when he spoke with the artist and even took a photo with him. The man claimed Combs took him to a private area to talk more. Diddy told the teen that he had the potential to be a star. Midway through their conversation, the Bad Boy founder told him to take off his pants to inspect his penis. He resisted at first but eventually complied. That's when Combs allegedly grabbed his genitals.

Another lawsuit came from a woman who was a 19-year-old college freshman when she met Combs in 2004. The Tennessee native claimed she was invited to Diddy's photoshoot across the street from her campus in Brooklyn, New York. After the photoshoot, Combs invited her and a friend to an after-party at a Marriott hotel in Manhattan. When they got there, the women were taken into a separate room by a man who told them, "You know what you're here for."

The woman claimed her and her friend were locked in the room with Combs, who tried to give them more drinks and cocaine. After they refused, Diddy allegedly got aggressive and threatened to kill them both if they didn't comply with his demands. Combs forced her friend to perform oral sex and he demanded the other woman to take her clothes off. Once she did, Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her. Her friend managed to escape after someone opened the door to check on them, however, the other woman couldn't leave because Combs was still on top of her.

Combs eventually got up to speak to another security guard and left her in the dark room for 30 minutes. Another security guard came in later and told her she could leave. She's suing the artist 20 years later, and she wants a jury trial. She also named Combs' company and Marriott International in her lawsuit.

Combs is currently locked up in a jail cell in Brooklyn where he's waiting on a decision on his third appeal of his bond ruling. His trial date is set for May 5, 2025.
