Cop on Viral Video Beating Car Passenger 'For Not Having His ID' Was Fired

Police pulled over a ride share car because of a broken taillight.

Police then asked the passenger in the car for his ID, and he said he didn't have it. That's when things took a turn and resulted in the passenger being beaten and held down on the ground by two officers. The incident took place in Georgia.

One of the officers seen on the video has been fired.

The passenger, Roderick Walker, is still in jail. Roderick is being held due to outstanding warrants.

Doctors in jail are monitoring him, and no fractures were detected after his head was x-rayed.
