Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady made a surprising admission regarding the Deflategate scandal during his live Netflix roast Sunday (May 5) night.

“Remember Deflategate? The NFL spent $20 million and found that it was more probable than not that I was generally aware that someone may have deflated my footballs. You could have just given me the $20 million and I would just told you I f***ing did it!" Brady said.

It wasn't made clear whether or not Brady was joking was telling the truth regarding his knowledge of the incident, which was discussed numerous times by former teammates and comedians during the Netflix special.

Pro Football Hall of Fame wide receiver Randy Moss, who was Brady's teammate for three of the seasons in which the Patriots didn't win a win Super Bowl, joked that his tenure was sandwiched between the Spygate -- which accused the team of filming opponents' practices -- and Deflategate scandals.

"Why the f*** didn't we cheat when I was there?" Moss joked.

Brady was a good sport during the more than 3-hour long roast, which covered several other controversial topics including his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen and her new relationship with her jiu-jitsu trainer Joaquim Valente, his $30 million losses in Crypto.com, and his relationship with longtime head coach Bill Belichick, who also participated in the roast.
